No refunds. Because our Services are digital, start processing promptly after payment and cannot be taken back once delivered, all payments are final and non-refundable.

2. What This Means
- We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or money-back guarantees on any service, package or quantity.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
- Orders cannot be exchanged for a different service or transferred to a different account or link after processing has started.
3. Common Situations
- Wrong username or link submitted: not eligible for correction, transfer or refund. Please double-check before paying.
- Account set to private, content deleted or username changed during delivery: not eligible for refund.
- Change of mind or no longer needed: not eligible for refund.
- Results not meeting expectations (for example no increase in followers, reach, sales or virality): not eligible for refund, as we do not guarantee these outcomes.
- Engagement reducing over time or removed by Instagram: not eligible for refund.
- Action taken by Instagram/Meta on your account: not eligible for refund.
4. Delivery Problems
If you believe your order was not delivered as described, please message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of ordering with your order details and the link used. Our team will review the order and, where a delivery fault on our side is confirmed, we may at our sole discretion complete the order. This is a goodwill resolution, not a right to a refund.
5. Payment Disputes
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Disputing a legitimately delivered order is a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake (a verified duplicate transaction), contact us on WhatsApp with your payment proof. Verified duplicate charges will be reviewed and handled with the payment provider.
