1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Auraly website (vyomatechnology.in) and any services you order through it (the “Services”). By placing an order or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. About Our Services

Auraly provides paid promotional services for Instagram content, including likes, views, shares, saves, comments and combined engagement packages. Services are delivered to the public Instagram account, post or Reel you specify.

Auraly is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. “Instagram” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used only to describe the platform our Services relate to.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• If you order on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
• You must own or have the right to promote the Instagram account or content you submit.

4. Nature of the Services and No Guarantees

The Services add engagement activity to your content to improve its social proof and initial visibility. You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee virality, organic reach, followers, sales, leads, brand deals, monetisation or any business result.
• Results vary based on your content, account, audience and Instagram’s own systems, which we do not control.
• Delivery speed, quantities and outcomes may vary. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delivered engagement may fluctuate or reduce over time. Instagram may remove or adjust counts at any time and we are not responsible for this.
• Illustrative figures or examples on our website (including “before/after” examples) are for demonstration only and are not promises of results.

5. Platform Rules and Account Risk

Using third-party engagement services may be treated by Instagram as a violation of its Terms of Use or Community Guidelines. You use the Services entirely at your own risk and responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auraly is not liable for any action taken by Instagram or Meta against your account or content, including reduced reach, removed engagement, restrictions, suspension or deletion.

6. Placing an Order

• Orders are placed through our website and/or WhatsApp by selecting a service and quantity and providing your Instagram username or content link.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Orders delivered to a wrong or mistyped username or link cannot be corrected, moved or refunded.
• The account or content must be public throughout delivery. Orders on private, restricted, deleted or unavailable content may fail or stall.
• Do not change your username, set your account to private, or delete the content while an order is in progress.
• Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time unless the service allows it. Overlapping orders may result in partial or incorrect delivery, for which we are not responsible.
• We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.

7. We Never Need Your Password

We will never ask for your Instagram password or login details. Do not share them with anyone claiming to represent Auraly. If someone asks for your password in our name, please report it to us immediately on WhatsApp.

8. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order applies to that order.
• Payment must be made in full before an order is processed, using the payment methods we make available.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
• Prices include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

9. Delivery

Most orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the service, quantity and current demand. Delays can occur and do not entitle you to cancellation or a refund. If you believe an order has not been delivered as described, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will review it.

10. No Refunds

All sales are final. Fees paid are non-refundable once an order is placed. Please read our full Refund Policy before ordering. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful content;
• to promote illegal products, scams, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• to abuse, harass or threaten our staff or other users;
• to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

We may refuse service, cancel an order without refund, or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Because Services are digital and delivered promptly, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was placed by you and processed or delivered is a breach of these Terms. We may contest such disputes with evidence of order and delivery and may refuse future service to the account concerned.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Auraly name, logo, design, text and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. You retain ownership of your own Instagram content.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability and accuracy of results.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auraly and its owners, partners and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auraly from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to or rely on third-party services (for example WhatsApp, payment providers and hosting). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the website or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
